He is an Indian cinematographer, film director and former photo journalist, working mainly in the South Indian film industry.

Anand won the National Film Award for Best Cinematography for his debut film as a cinematographer, Thenmavin Kombath, In 2005, Anand turned film director with the critically acclaimed Kana Kandaen (2005) and rose to fame with his second film, Ayan (2009), third film, Ko (2011), fourth film Maattrraan (2012) and fifth film Anegan (2015). As a cinematographer, Anand is best known for his dynamic composition, lighting techniques and the ability to tell stories through visual images.

p C SHREERAMP. C. Sreeram works mainly in the Tamil film industry. A student of Madras Film Institute, widely regarded as the “Guru of Cinematography” Apart from his cinematographic works, he was much appreciated for his directorial venture Kuruthipunal which was submitted by India as its official entry to the Oscars in 1996. Sreeram is well known for his association with Mani Ratnam and received critical acclaim for his work in films such as Mouna Ragam, Nayagan, Agni Natchathiram, Geetanjali and OK Kanmani. He has worked as a cinematographer in over 30 films spanning across Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi, besides directing three films and a few TV commercials.

Santosh Sivan Santosh graduated from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) and has to date completed 45 feature films and 41 documentaries. He is a founding member of the Indian Society of Cinematographers (ISC) and is the most awarded Director of Photography (DOP) in India. Santosh became the first Cinematographer in the Asia-Pacific region to be honoured with American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) membership. As a cinematographer, he has won five National Film Awards including four for Best Feature Film Cinematography. As of 2014, he has received 11 National Film Awards , and 21 international awards, for his work in various films.He was awarded the Padmashree by the president of India in the year 2014.

Pradhan is Indian by birth and citizenship but also a Nepalese as he holds a Nepalese citizenship and passport. Govind Nihalani has been the recipient of six National Film Awards (India), and five Bollywood Filmfare Awards. He debuted as an independent cinematographer with the film Chandni Bar (2001). Ravi is known for his collaboration with director Anurag Kashyap.

In 2013, he received the National Film Award for Best Cinematography for Liar’s Dice directed by his wife Geetu Mohandas.
